How to design a financial services website that includes all required disclosures while remaining genuinely usable for a customer trying to understand a product.
Financial services websites often swing to one extreme or the other: either burying required disclosures in dense text that discourages reading, or over-simplifying to the point of omitting required detail. A better structure keeps the main page usable while making full disclosure easy to find.
Registration details, years in operation and a clear statement of what the company does (and does not) offer help a cautious visitor quickly assess legitimacy before going deeper into product detail.
A financial services page that hides its disclosures is not simpler — it is riskier, for the customer and for you.
Any EMI, premium or return calculator should clearly state that results are illustrative, with the assumptions used shown, not just a final number presented as a guarantee.
Separate required disclosures onto a clearly linked page or expandable section rather than cramming them into the main product page — this keeps both usability and compliance intact.
