Automotive

Car buyers compare on-road prices for weeks, then book a test drive with one dealer. After delivery, the workshop and parts counter keep the relationship going.

The problem

What makes this sector different

Car and two-wheeler buyers compare variants, on-road prices and reviews on CarDekho, CarWale and YouTube for weeks, then may book the test drive at a rival dealer of the same brand. Dealers work within OEM guidelines on logos, offers and price claims, used car sellers compete with large online platforms, and parts makers sell through distributors who also stock competing brands. The year turns on Dhanteras delivery slots, December model-year stock clearance and pre-monsoon service checks.

How the decision gets made. A car deal usually turns on two numbers settled after the test drive: the exchange value of the old vehicle and the EMI a bank or NBFC approves. The buyer compares on-road prices from more than one dealer of the same brand, then pays the booking amount against a delivery date, often a Dhanteras slot. For parts, a mechanic or workshop owner names the part number and orders from a distributor, while a fleet or dealer purchase manager signs off larger orders against agreed rates.

What each discipline does for automotive

Most of a dealer's contact with an owner happens after delivery, at the workshop and the parts counter. If you are a dealer, we work inside your OEM's corporate identity manual and dealer agreement. If you make or supply parts, we work around the distributors, retailers and mechanics who decide what goes on the counter.

Branding & Identity

A dealership identity that sits within OEM rules

An authorised dealer carries the manufacturer's brand on the fascia but still needs a local reputation. We build the dealer group's identity inside the OEM's corporate identity manual, covering staff uniforms, delivery backdrops, service job cards and social templates. Used car businesses and independent EV sellers get a full identity that puts vehicle history and paperwork first. Parts makers get packaging and labels that mechanics recognise on a crowded counter.

  • Dealer group identity aligned with the OEM corporate identity manual
  • Delivery ceremony, showroom and service reception templates
  • Parts packaging, label and counter display designs for distributors

Web Design & UI/UX

From model search to a booked test drive

The model is usually decided before the first visit. What remains is the variant, the colours in stock and the on-road price. Inventory pages filter by fuel type, transmission, budget and body style, and each listing shows images of the actual vehicle. Test drive, exchange and service forms ask for a branch and slot. Used car pages show ownership, kilometres and insurance validity, and EV pages give the certified range and any state incentives.

  • Filterable new and used vehicle inventory fed from your stock system
  • Test drive, exchange valuation and service booking forms routed by branch
  • Parts catalogue search by make, model, year and OE part number

Digital Marketing

Reach buyers while they compare variants

Google Ads cover model, variant and on-road price searches in your city, plus service and parts terms. Mileage appears only as the fuel efficiency figure certified under CMVR by the testing agency, such as ARAI or ICAT, and price or offer creative runs only after OEM approval. Sales, service and used car departments get separate Google Business Profiles where Google allows. Remarketing reaches people who viewed a car without booking a test drive.

  • Google Ads campaigns for model, variant, service and parts searches by city
  • Google Business Profiles for sales, service and used car departments where eligible
  • Remarketing to visitors who viewed inventory but did not book a test drive

Digital Transformation

Exchange valuations tracked to their validity date

An exchange valuation has a validity date. If it lapses before the buyer returns, the deal restarts at a lower figure or goes to a rival dealer. We record each valuation, booking amount and loan status against the OEM portal lead, and alert the consultant before the quote expires. Service reminders run from the delivery date and the job card's last odometer reading. Parts businesses see distributor orders and stock enquiries in one place.

  • Exchange valuation and booking tracker with expiry alerts
  • Automated service and warranty expiry reminders, with insurance renewal prompts where your dealership acts as a Motor Insurance Service Provider under IRDAI's rules
  • Distributor order and stock enquiry log for parts businesses

Our approach

How we work in automotive

01

We build a live inventory feed so every new or used vehicle has its own page with variant, colour, kilometres, on-road price and a test drive button.

02

Mileage is stated only as the fuel efficiency figure certified under CMVR by the testing agency, such as ARAI or ICAT, and each creative goes through your OEM's approval and an ASCI code check.

03

We set up service reminders from your dealer management system by kilometres and months, sent over WhatsApp and SMS with a link to book a workshop slot.

04

We structure parts catalogues by make, model, year and OE part number, so workshops and retailers can identify the right part and order it through their distributor.

Questions

Automotive marketing, answered

As an authorised dealer, can we run our own ads alongside the OEM's?
Usually yes, within the terms of your dealer agreement and the OEM's brand guidelines. We read those documents first, then run local campaigns on your branches, service offers and stock that the OEM's national campaigns do not cover. Where the OEM requires approval of creative or offers, we build that step into the schedule.
How do we keep customers coming back to our workshop once free services end?
Owners often move to a local garage once free services and warranty end, so a reminder needs a reason to return, not just a due date. We send reminders by kilometres and months, add seasonal checks such as pre-monsoon inspections, and publish service package prices on the website. Each reminder and booking is tracked, so you can see which messages bring vehicles back.
Do you work with parts manufacturers and distributors, not only dealers?
Yes. Parts move through distributors, retailers and workshops, and our more than 10 years in logistics marketing means we are used to distributor networks and buyers who ask about stock availability and dispatch times. For fitment and part numbers, we build the catalogue from your own product data, then add distributor enquiry routes and trade campaigns around it.
