Energy & Renewables

Rooftop solar enquiries rise with summer bills and fall in the monsoon. Every subsidy and payback figure on your pages is one a buyer can check.

The problem

What makes this sector different

Solar, storage and EV charging are bought once, cost a lot and depend on rules the installer does not control. PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana sets its own vendor and module conditions, each State Electricity Regulatory Commission writes its own net-metering regulations, and DISCOM approval times vary. A homeowner comparing three quotes cannot easily tell a sound system from a cheap one. Enquiries also follow the weather, rising with summer bills and power cuts and slowing when the monsoon halts rooftop work.

How the decision gets made. A homeowner's first question is often whether the PM Surya Ghar subsidy applies to their connection. They then compare two or three quotes after a site survey and choose between paying upfront and taking a loan. Commercial rooftops, EV chargers for housing societies and energy audits need a plant or facilities head to champion them, a finance head to accept the payback, and a managing director, board or society committee to approve the spend.

Services in this sector

What each discipline does for energy & renewables

A rooftop system is not finished when the panels are fixed. It still needs DISCOM approval, a net meter and, for PM Surya Ghar customers, a subsidy application. Buyers judge an installer on paperwork as much as hardware, so the quotation and the DISCOM file get as much attention as the ads.

Branding & Identity

A quotation a society committee can compare line by line

The survey van, crew uniform and quotation share one identity, and the quotation lists module make, inverter, mounting structure and warranty terms line by line, so a housing society committee or a factory's finance head can set it beside rival quotes. Battery and inverter brands also get warranty cards and dealer counter displays.

  • Line-item quotation and proposal templates
  • Vehicle, uniform and site signage design
  • Warranty card and dealer display design

Web Design & UI/UX

A savings calculator driven by your electricity bill and state tariff

Homeowners ask what they will save, and commercial buyers ask how soon a system pays back. We design a calculator that works from the monthly bill and state tariff, separate residential and commercial paths, and a site survey form asking for roof type, sanctioned load and property ownership. PM Surya Ghar and net-metering pages use plain steps, dated with when they were last checked against the scheme and your DISCOM's process.

  • Bill-based savings and payback calculator
  • Residential and commercial landing pages
  • Dated PM Surya Ghar and net-metering guides

Digital Marketing

Rooftop survey bookings within your crews' reach

Our Google Ads campaigns cover searches such as 'rooftop solar near me' and 'inverter battery for home', limited to the PIN codes your crews can reach. Each staffed branch has one Google Business Profile with its service areas set and installation images labelled by system size and roof type. LinkedIn content reaches facilities managers and finance heads weighing a commercial rooftop, and email follow-ups keep quoted customers informed while they compare offers.

  • Google Ads limited to the PIN codes your crews cover
  • Service areas and installation images set on each branch listing
  • Email follow-up sequence for quoted customers

Digital Transformation

Each rooftop job tracked from feasibility to net meter

Panels can generate for weeks before the net meter arrives, and a file stuck at DISCOM inspection turns a satisfied customer into a complaint. We configure an open-source CRM to follow each job through feasibility approval, installation, meter inspection and commissioning. It flags files waiting too long at any stage and sends the customer a WhatsApp update when theirs moves, so your team chases the DISCOM instead of fielding calls.

  • Installation tracker from feasibility approval to commissioning
  • WhatsApp notice to the customer when the DISCOM approves, inspects or commissions
  • Stalled-file alerts by district and stage

Our approach

How we work in energy & renewables

01

We build separate paths for homeowners and commercial buyers, with a bill-based savings calculator for one and a tariff, sanctioned load and payback view for plant heads and finance teams.

02

We state PM Surya Ghar subsidy eligibility only where you are a registered vendor on the national portal for that DISCOM and install DCR, ALMM-listed modules; otherwise the page explains the scheme and where the homeowner applies.

03

We run Google Ads and Google Business Profile by PIN code, raising spend before summer bills arrive and moving to commercial and maintenance campaigns when the monsoon slows rooftop work.

04

We turn each completed job into a gallery entry showing roof type, system size, location and the panels, inverter or battery used, so buyers can find a site like their own.

Questions

Energy & Renewables marketing, answered

We are not a registered vendor under PM Surya Ghar. Can our website still mention the subsidy?
Yes, as information rather than a promise. Where you are a registered vendor on the national portal for that DISCOM and install DCR, ALMM-listed modules, the page says customers can claim the subsidy with you as their registered installer. Otherwise it explains the scheme and where the homeowner applies, without implying you can secure it for them. Every page carries a 'last checked' date, and we update the copy and calculator together when the scheme or a tariff order changes.
Can the survey form screen out price-only enquiries?
Partly. The form asks for the monthly bill, roof type, sanctioned load and whether the visitor owns the property, and an enquiry without those details goes to a callback list rather than a survey slot. The ads do the rest: they offer a site survey rather than a price, and searches such as 'solar panel price list' are excluded.
How do we show our installation record without naming customers?
We build a dated job gallery. Each completed installation is listed by district, roof type and system size, with the panels, inverter or battery used and the month it was commissioned, but no name or street address. A buyer comparing installers can find a site like their own and see how recent the work is.
