Our specialism

Logistics & Supply Chain

A shipper's procurement team builds its RFQ shortlist from vendors it can find and check. We put your lanes on that list and keep the service record procurement reviews at renewal.

10+ years

We specialise in logistics marketing, with more than 10 years' experience.

More than 10 years in logistics marketing means we already know how shippers search by lane, how an RFQ cycle runs and which procurement and supply chain heads approve a new vendor. We plan campaigns around the freight calendar, from the festive peak and year-end rush to Chinese New Year shutdowns and monsoon delays. You spend your time quoting, not explaining your business to us.

Freight forwarders

We build lane pages and Google Ads campaigns so importers and exporters looking for an FCL, LCL or air freight quote land on your rate enquiry form.

3PL and warehousing

We market your locations, space and value-added services to supply chain heads planning a new distribution network or a contract renewal.

Courier and last-mile

We reach e-commerce and D2C brands with your PIN code coverage, delivery times and returns handling well before the festive sales peak.

Customs brokers

We explain clearance, duty and documentation in plain language so importers find you when a shipment is held at port or a new product needs classifying.

Trucking and fleets

We put your routes and fleet in front of manufacturers buying FTL and PTL capacity, through route pages, LinkedIn outreach and alerts from tender portals such as GeM, the Central Public Procurement Portal and PSU e-procurement sites.

Cold-chain operators

We present your temperature control and monitoring in the terms pharma and food quality teams use. Outreach to pharma shippers can start from a B2B database of exhibitors at the CPHI pharma trade event, which we compile independently and sell. Fibvo is not affiliated with CPHI.

The problem

What makes this sector different

Freight is bought on price and reliability at once, and a shipper comparing five quotes rarely sees any difference between the websites behind them. Contract business is shortlisted by procurement and supply chain heads through RFQs, approved vendor lists and tender portals such as GeM, the Central Public Procurement Portal and PSU e-procurement sites. Vendor forms check GST registration and any licences or certifications you hold, such as a customs broker licence, AEO status or Good Distribution Practice for pharma loads, before rates are read. Space and rates move with the calendar: pre-Christmas export peaks, pre-Diwali parcel volumes, the March year-end push, Chinese New Year factory shutdowns and monsoon delays at ports and on highways.

How the decision gets made. Spot freight is usually booked by a logistics manager on the strength of a fast, accurate quote, while contract business goes through an RFQ or tender in which procurement scores rates, coverage and service levels. Final sign-off tends to sit with the head of supply chain or finance, often after a trial shipment on a single lane, and the contract is tendered again at renewal against the service record you have built.

Services in this sector

What each discipline does for logistics & supply chain

Freight is sold twice: as a spot quote to a logistics manager who needs a truck or container this week, and as a contract lane after procurement runs an RFQ. Forwarders, 3PLs, couriers, customs brokers, fleet owners and cold-chain operators win each kind differently, so the work below starts from your lanes, sites and equipment, and from the registrations you hold.

Branding & Identity

One identity from capability deck to truck livery

Many forwarders and 3PLs use the same ship, truck and globe imagery, so a procurement team comparing five vendors cannot tell them apart. We start by naming what you do better: a lane, a commodity, cold-chain handling or customs turnaround. The identity is built around that and carries through capability decks, tender responses, truck livery, warehouse signage and trade-show stands, so the company a buyer meets matches the one that signs the contract.

  • Statement of the lane, commodity or handling you do better
  • Capability deck and tender response templates
  • Livery, warehouse signage and stand guidelines

Web Design & UI/UX

One page per lane, ready for a procurement check

Most shipper searches name a lane, port or city, so each lane and service gets its own page. Every page shows transit times, cut-off days, equipment and the ports, ICDs or cities covered, with the rate enquiry form alongside. Registrations such as a customs broker licence, IATA cargo agent accreditation, multimodal transport operator registration or AEO status sit where procurement teams look for them, where you hold them.

  • Lane and service pages with transit times and cut-offs
  • Rate enquiry and RFQ document upload forms
  • Registrations page for vendor onboarding checks

Digital Marketing

Search and LinkedIn campaigns for lanes with spare capacity

Each Google Ads group matches one lane page, so a click lands on the lane searched. SEO covers the cities, ports and ICDs you serve, with a Google Business Profile for each branch and warehouse. LinkedIn outreach reaches procurement and supply chain heads before contract renewals. Email tells existing shippers about new lanes, available space and peak surcharges early, so a rate change never arrives as a surprise.

  • A search campaign for each lane you want to fill
  • LinkedIn outreach to procurement and supply chain heads
  • Shipper emails on new lanes, space and peak surcharges

Digital Transformation

Shipment status and PODs shippers do not have to chase

Shippers rarely drop a vendor over one late load. They leave at renewal, after months of emailing your desk for container status, a delivery date or a missing proof of delivery. We connect milestones from your TMS or WMS, e-way bill numbers and POD photos from drivers' phones to a customer portal and automatic email or WhatsApp updates. Your account team enters the next RFQ with a delivery record the shipper has already seen.

  • Milestone updates from your TMS or WMS by email and WhatsApp
  • POD and e-way bill capture from drivers' phones
  • Customer portal for tracking, PODs and invoices

Our approach

How we work in logistics & supply chain

01

We build a landing page for each lane, mode and service you want more of, such as FCL out of Nhava Sheva or reefer delivery into Bengaluru, so the page matches what the shipper searched.

02

We replace the generic contact form with a rate enquiry form that asks for origin, destination, commodity, weight and Incoterms, so your desk can quote on the first reply.

03

We run LinkedIn and email outreach to procurement heads and supply chain managers at shippers in the sectors you serve, timed to their contract renewals, and set alerts for freight and warehousing tenders on the portals you bid on.

04

We plan spend against the freight calendar, raising it before the peak on each lane and pulling it back when space, trucks or warehouse slots are already full.

Questions

Logistics & Supply Chain marketing, answered

Our rates are competitive. Why do we lose RFQs to larger forwarders?
Rate is one line on a procurement scorecard. Coverage, service levels, registrations and how easily a vendor can be checked are scored too, and larger forwarders usually have those documents ready. We give you the same: a page for each lane, a registrations page for vendor onboarding and tender response templates that follow the scoring criteria.
Can you target specific lanes or trade routes rather than logistics in general?
Yes. We build a page and a campaign for each lane or service you want to grow, so a shipper searching for air freight to Toronto or reefer trucking to Chennai lands on a page that answers them. Reporting is split by lane, so you can see which ones deserve more budget.
How do we get onto the shortlist at large shippers who have never heard of us?
We build lists of procurement, supply chain and logistics heads in the sectors you serve and contact them on LinkedIn and by email about the lanes that matter to them, timed to their contract renewals rather than sent in one burst. We also set alerts for freight and warehousing tenders on portals such as GeM. For cold-chain operators looking for pharma shippers, one source is a B2B database of exhibitors at the CPHI pharma trade event, which we compile independently and sell. Fibvo is not affiliated with CPHI.
