Branding & Identity

Presentation & Deck Design

You are buying a decision: the funding, the contract, the board's sign-off. A deck earns that by making one argument in an order a tired reader can follow — investor decks, sales decks, board packs and conference talks alike. We settle the structure first, design it second, and leave you a template so the next deck does not start from a blank slide.

The work

What we actually do

01

Narrative structure first

Before any slide is designed, we agree the argument: what you are asking for, the three or four points that earn it, and the order they land in. Most decks fail here, not in the visuals. The structure comes to you as a written outline.

02

Present or send

A deck you talk over and a deck that arrives by email are different documents. The first carries few words and lets you speak; the second has to answer questions on its own. We decide which you need, and build the second version where both are required.

03

Design and data

Then the slides: a typographic hierarchy that shows the point before it is read, charts built from your own figures without distorting them, and diagrams that replace paragraphs. Photography and iconography follow your brand, so the deck does not look like it came from elsewhere.

04

Template handover

You get a master template in PowerPoint or Google Slides with real slide layouts, locked fonts and colours, and chart styles ready to paste into. We include a short written guide and a walkthrough for the people who will build the next deck without us.

What you receive

Deliverables, stated plainly

Everything below is handed over and is yours to keep, edit and take elsewhere.

  • A written narrative outline, agreed before any slide is designed
  • The finished deck in PowerPoint or Google Slides, plus a PDF for sending
  • A speaking version and a send-ahead version where both are needed
  • Editable source files for the charts, diagrams and icons used in the deck
  • A master template with slide layouts, locked type and colour styles, and a one-page guide for your team

Questions

About presentation & deck design

Do we have to supply the content, or can you write it?
We can write and structure it, working from an interview, your existing material and whatever figures you hold. What we will not do is invent numbers or claims to fill a gap. If a proof point does not exist yet, the deck says less rather than more.
Can you just design our existing deck and leave the content alone?
Yes, and that is the right brief when the content is already settled. Be honest with yourself about one thing first — design cannot rescue an argument in the wrong order, and a well-set slide only makes a weak point easier to read. If we think the structure is the problem, we will say so before quoting, and you can still choose design only.
Will the template still hold up once our team starts editing it?
Partly, and we would rather say so now. A template holds while people use the layouts provided; paste in a stray slide from an old file and the styling drifts. We build the layouts so the right choice is the easy one and we train your team on them, but a template is a discipline as well as a file.

Reporting

The number we report against

Cost per enquiry, and what happened to those enquiries after they reached your team.

Impressions, reach and engagement are diagnostics. They explain a result; they are not the result. Every month you get the enquiries, what they cost, and the changes we are making because of it — including the months that missed.
