What does an engagement cost?

Projects are quoted as a fixed scope with a fixed price; retainers are monthly with a 30-day notice period. We publish a price range in every proposal before you commit to a call with a salesperson, because your time is worth something too.

Who owns the work and the accounts?

You do. The website, the ad accounts, the analytics, the domain and the data are yours, registered to your business, from day one. We are granted access to them — never the other way round.

Do you take commission from platforms you recommend?

No. We take no commission, rebate or referral fee from any platform, host or vendor we recommend. If we suggest a tool, it is because it fits your problem.

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply to every enquiry within one working day, and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm IST.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We have delivered work in Canada, China, India, Portugal and Russia, run from our offices in Bengaluru and Erode. Both offices keep the same hours on Indian Standard Time, UTC+5:30. Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Often that is the best arrangement. We are equally comfortable running a channel end to end or supporting a team that already owns it, provided responsibilities are written down.
