What we collect

Our legal basis
Where you contact us, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where we work for you, we rely on performance of a contract. Where we keep records for tax or compliance, we rely on our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example email, hosting and analytics providers — under contracts that restrict what they may do with it. Client data we process
When we run marketing or build systems for a client, we may process personal data on that client’s behalf as a processor. That processing is governed by the agreement with the client, and the client remains the controller of the data. You own your accounts and your data; we hold access to them.

Security
Access to client accounts and personal data is limited to the people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed when someone joins or leaves. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
