A quote request form that finally matched how engineers buy

Rebuilt the product architecture around specifications and part numbers, then routed every quote request to the right engineer.

The problem

Where it started

Enquiries arrived through a single generic contact form with no product context. The sales team spent the first call working out what the enquiry was about, and the site ranked for the company name and almost nothing else.

What we did

  • Restructured the site into one page per product family, each carrying specifications, materials, tolerances and downloadable drawings.
  • Replaced the generic contact form with a quote request that captures application, volume and timeline.
  • Mapped search campaigns to material and application terms rather than broad category keywords.
  • Connected the form to the CRM so every request is attributed to its source and owner.

What changed

Sales calls now start with the specification already known, and every enquiry is attributable to a product line and a source.
