The problem

What makes this sector different

Healthcare marketing carries a duty of care. Claims must be accurate, patient data must be handled correctly, and the site has to be readable by someone anxious and in a hurry.

How the decision gets made. In a single-speciality clinic the doctor who owns it decides, usually after the practice manager has collected two or three quotes. In a hospital the administrator or marketing head runs the process, a consultant checks every line of clinical copy, and the final signature comes from the medical director or the trust's board, which adds weeks.

What each discipline does for healthcare

Healthcare marketing carries a duty of care that other sectors do not. A phrase that would pass as enthusiasm in retail can breach the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, put a practitioner's registration at risk, or push a patient towards a decision they did not understand.

Branding & Identity

Identity that reads as clinical, not promotional

We build identity systems that hold across reception signage, department wayfinding, prescription pads, consent forms and discharge folders, in English and the local language. Tone stays inside NMC rules on practitioner advertising: qualifications stated plainly, no claims of cure, no patient testimonials. We check which statutory notices the facility is required to display, given its registrations and the procedures it carries out, then design those into the signage rather than taping them on.

  • Bilingual signage and wayfinding pack for reception, departments and wards
  • Clinical stationery set: prescription pad, consent form, discharge summary and referral letter
  • Written tone rules covering claims, qualifications and testimonials, with approved phrases and phrases to avoid

Web Design & UI/UX

Booking and doctor profiles built for anxious patients

Most visits start with a worried person on a phone, at night. We design doctor profiles that carry registration number, qualifications and OPD timings; department pages that answer what happens on the day; and directions with parking and entrance detail. Booking forms ask for a name and number, never a diagnosis. Contrast, text size and keyboard navigation are built to WCAG 2.2 AA so older patients are not excluded.

  • Doctor and department page templates with fields for registration, qualifications and timings
  • Appointment enquiry flow that collects contact details only, with consent wording
  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit and fix list, retested after the build

Digital Marketing

Local search that fills tomorrow's OPD list

Patients search by symptom and distance. We manage a Google Business Profile for each location, with the right categories, consultation hours and entrance photos, then build content around the questions asked before a first appointment. Ad copy stays inside Google's health policies and the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act: no promise of cure, no condition-based remarketing. Replies to reviews never confirm anyone was a patient. Calls are tracked, because reception is where enquiries are lost.

  • Google Business Profile set-up and monthly upkeep for every clinic location
  • Reply templates for reviews, written so no response confirms patient status
  • Monthly report on calls, unanswered calls and bookings, including the months that miss target

Digital Transformation

Fewer clipboards, fewer no-shows, cleaner records

Clipboards at reception get typed twice and read by whoever walks past. We map intake, consent, reminders and report delivery, then automate what does not need a person, alongside the hospital information system rather than around it. Access is set by role, so the front desk cannot open clinical notes. Consent, retention and audit logging follow the DPDP Act, and HIPAA where clients treat patients overseas. Reports go by secure link, not a WhatsApp image.

  • Digital intake and consent forms that feed the existing hospital information system
  • Role-based access map and retention schedule for patient records
  • Appointment reminder and no-show follow-up programme with a written escalation path

Our approach

How we work in healthcare

01

Plain-language service pages reviewed by a clinician before publication.

02

Accessible design tested against WCAG 2.2 AA, because a portion of every patient audience needs it.

03

Appointment and enquiry flows that collect the minimum data necessary, with consent handled explicitly.

04

Local search and profile management, since most patients choose within a short radius.
