Any agency can write a glowing quote and attribute it to a happy client. Everyone knows this, which is exactly why self-written testimonials persuade nobody.
We publish two kinds of proof. Links to public review profiles a reader can check for themselves, and named client quotes we hold written permission for. Nothing else goes on the site as evidence.
If a claim cannot be checked by the person reading it, it is an opinion wearing a suit.
It is slower. Permission takes time, and some clients in regulated sectors cannot be named at all. Those engagements appear as anonymised case studies with the client’s approval on the wording.
