An overseas buyer evaluating a new Indian supplier often checks LinkedIn as part of their own due diligence, looking for signs of genuine export experience and reliability rather than domestic-market-only content.
Content in clear, professional English (or the relevant destination market's language, if applicable) with export-specific detail performs better with this audience than domestic-market-focused posts that assume local context the buyer does not share.
An overseas buyer's due diligence checks your export track record specifically — content that only shows domestic activity does not help that evaluation.
One or two substantive, export-relevant posts a week is sufficient for most exporters, particularly around and after major trade fair attendance when buyer interest and search activity typically spike.
Post export-specific proof — shipments completed, new markets entered, certifications gained — since this is what an overseas buyer's own due diligence process actually checks for.
