You are buying business software that fits how you work, without a licence bill that grows each time you add a person. We help you choose proven open-source tools for CRM, ERP, helpdesk, e-commerce, analytics or automation, then install them, migrate your data, connect them to your existing systems and train your staff. Open source is not free to run, so hosting, updates and support are costed next to the licence fees you would stop paying.
The work
We start with what the software has to do and what you pay for it today. Then we shortlist open-source options and set the cost of running each one, including hosting, updates, backups and support, against your current licence fees. If a paid product is the better fit, we say so.
We install the tool on a server in your own account, then configure it around how your team works: fields, pipelines, user roles, permissions and email. Nothing is customised in the core code where a setting or plug-in will do, so updates do not overwrite your changes.
We export your records, remove duplicates and map each field to its place in the new tool, with a trial import your team checks first. Then we connect it to the systems you keep, such as website forms, accounting software and payments, through its API or an automation platform.
We train staff on the tasks they do each day, with a short written guide for each role. After launch, someone still has to apply security updates, check backups and fix what breaks. We can do that under a support arrangement, or document it so your own team can.
