Choosing a marketing agency for a real estate developer
What to ask a marketing agency before hiring them for a real estate developer, and why RERA compliance knowledge should be a hard requirement.

A project brochure or microsite is often the first detailed document a buyer reviews, and it needs to satisfy RERA's advertising disclosure requirements throughout, not just as a footnote on a final page that a busy buyer might skip past.
Compliance requirements do not have to make a brochure dry — strong photography, clear floor plans and honest, well-organised information can be both fully compliant and genuinely persuasive at the same time.
A brochure that omits required disclosures to look cleaner is not simpler — it is a compliance risk for the sake of a marginal design preference.
As construction progresses and any approved changes occur, update the microsite promptly — an outdated microsite showing superseded specifications or timelines is both a buyer trust issue and a compliance risk if it diverges from the current filed status.
Include the RERA registration number and disclaimer text on every page of a brochure or microsite, not just the last page — this is a common compliance gap worth checking directly.
