Branding & Identity

Graphic Design & Artwork

You need design that goes out on schedule and looks like it came from one organisation. We produce campaign creative, marketing collateral, packaging and signage artwork to your brand guidelines, then leave behind templates your own team can reuse. Files are supplied print-ready and set to the printer's specification, so artwork does not come back for rework.

The work

What we actually do

01

Working to guidelines

Before design starts we read your brand guidelines and note what is fixed and what is flexible. Where rules are missing, we agree them in writing. That keeps every piece recognisable as yours, and it stops the review cycle becoming a debate about colour.

02

Campaign creative sets

We design the campaign as one set: the main visual, the cut-downs for each placement, and the sizes each channel actually requires. Building it together keeps the message consistent through a launch, and it costs less than commissioning every asset separately.

03

Print and packaging artwork

Brochures, catalogues, packaging and exhibition graphics are set up to the printer's specification, with bleed, trim, spot colours, die lines and resolution checked before release. We supply a proof for sign-off and the press-ready file, so errors are caught before a print run rather than after it.

04

A template system

Recurring formats are built as editable templates in the software your team already uses, with the brand rules locked and the content fields open. Your people produce the routine items themselves, design time goes to the work that needs judgement, and output stays consistent between projects.

Questions

About graphic design

Can you work without brand guidelines?
Yes, but the first project then carries the cost of deciding the rules, so it takes longer. We write down each decision as we go and hand you a short set of rules at the end. If what you actually need is a full identity system, we will say so rather than settle it one brochure at a time.
Do you handle the printing as well?
We prepare the artwork and deal with your printer on specification, proofs and materials. We do not resell print and we take no commission from any supplier we recommend, so the printer invoices you directly at their price. If you have no printer, we will name a few and you appoint them yourself.
Is this cheaper than hiring a designer in-house?
Not always. If you produce design most days, an in-house designer is usually better value, and we will tell you when your volume points that way. We are a better fit for campaign work, print-ready artwork and building the template system an in-house person then runs.

Reporting

The number we report against

Cost per enquiry, and what happened to those enquiries after they reached your team.

Impressions, reach and engagement are diagnostics. They explain a result; they are not the result. Every month you get the enquiries, what they cost, and the changes we are making because of it — including the months that missed.
