The work
We turn the approved designs into working pages: semantic HTML, a component library for blocks that repeat, and layouts checked on real phones, tablets and desktops. Broken spacing on a small screen costs enquiries quietly, so we test on devices rather than trusting a browser preview.
We set up the content management system around the pages you will actually change: defined fields, image handling and a preview, so an edit cannot break the layout. Your team gets a walkthrough and written notes. That removes the small change requests that otherwise sit in an agency queue.
We budget the page weight, serve images in modern formats, load fonts without a flash of unstyled text, and keep third-party scripts to what earns its place. Core Web Vitals are measured on the live site. Keyboard order, contrast, labels and focus states are checked so assistive technology works.
Forms, CRM, payments, booking and analytics are connected and tested with real submissions. Every old URL is mapped to a new one so search rankings and inbound links survive the move. We launch from a staging site you have signed off, then monitor errors, forms and traffic in the first days.
